General pediatrics, growth and development, pediatric nutrition, patient education, immunization education/support, and efficient use of medical resources
When do you first recall wanting a career in medicine?
I clearly remember deciding at four years old I wanted to be a pediatrician. That decision has never changed.
Why did you choose your specialty?
I am a strong believer that our job is to help teach parents how to raise healthy children. I want to be able to give parents the tools they need to confidently make the most appropriate decisions regarding their children.
What do you like to do outside of Crossing Healthcare?
Traveling (four continents so far), non-medical reading, collecting and learning about wine, cooking and baking
“Grown-ups never understand anything for themselves, and it is tiresome for children to be always and forever explaining things to them”
The Little Prince, Antoine de Saint-Exupery
